The most important factor which keeps in mind in chocolate transport warehouse is to keep the product dry at all times. It is therefore important to maintain an even temperature without sudden changes, minimising the formation of condensation on the product. Most chocolate and chocolate containing products are therefore packed in laminated plastic or metal foil material that is usually hermetically sealed. It is impossible to standardise all handling procedures for all chocolate products. Coldman uses environment friendly refrigerant, FREON R404a as refrigerant gas. To cater product's specific need of temperature at -28 o C, desired chambers are designed with Ante Room at -5 o C
