Coldman believes that we as an enterprise contribute to nation-building and enhancing its sustainability.
In the short period of time, we have been successful to achieve our sustainability promise to a greater
extent and we continue to do so in the near future.
By innovation and creativity, our company is crafting best practices for power generation. These
practices majorly include the use of Solar power to generate electricity. We are committed to operating
with key industry partners of solar power generation and stakeholders to find solutions to address the
shortage of our planet’s non-renewable resources.
We have been capable of installing everywhere High-efficiency lighting, solar panel roofing, and solar charging stations for materials handling equipment.

We have incorporated Monocrystalline solar panels with a non-puncher technique wherein there is no need to puncher roof sheet while fixing Solar on the roof and thus it is easy to install. There are two reasons behind the use of Monocrystalline solar panels at our main branches. One is because Monocrystalline solar panels are most efficient and can reach over 20 percent efficiency compared to polycrystalline panels and polycrystalline panels can usually only reach 15 to 17 percent efficiency. Another reason is Monocrystalline solar panels have solar cells made from a single silicon crystal whereas Polycrystalline solar panels have solar cells made of many pieces of silicon melted together. To make solar cells in a monocrystalline solar panel, silicon is shaped into rods and divided into slices to give the best efficiency.
We have a Rainwater harvesting system and defrost condensation collection systems. Our wastewater/ effluent is collected and is then recycled and discharged into water bodies.
We also know that a major part of our carbon footprint is in our operations through energy used in refrigeration, lighting, and ventilation. So, we are expanding the use of a more efficient and environment-friendly refrigerant - Freon R404 a.
Slowly and gradually we are transitioning towards a paperless office environment. This will help us to save more trees by keeping lesser demand for paper.
We have also invested in continuous training and raising awareness among our team members on how we can be more energy-efficient and reduce energy consumption.
We are ensuring all our expansions and new infrastructures have as low an environmental impact as possible.
We are proud to say that by using Solar power generation, we have reduced a Total of 630 Ton of carbon emission as part of reducing our overall carbon footprint while we conform to the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC).
